Step 1: From the Homepage Click New Site.
Step 2: Search for the Client that the New Site is for.
Step 3: Enter the Site Name. This is ideally, the name you and your team refer to the site as.
Step 4: Add your Client's address. While you type freshOps searches Google Maps to provide the exact address, that may be used by your team later in the field to navigate direct to site. So just Click the correct address from the list.
Step 5: Paste the URL or Upload a Site Induction. Search the freshOps Help Centre for more information on Site Inductions (Insert Link). What they are, how to create them, how to upload or host them and what info should be included in your company Site Induction.
Step 6: Allocate the freshOps Tag to the Site. If you don't have a Tag at present, that's fine, you can enter this in later.
Step 7:Select the Site's Timezone. This maybe your timezone, if the site is local, but if it's interstate or in a completely different timezone, this ensures all the Cleaning Visits are displayed to your Cleaners at the right time.
freshOps automatically generates your Clients Site Pin, which will be used by your Client to Login to the freshOps Client Portal.
Step 8: Now, we need to enter the Site Notes in to the field here. Site Notes are those important notes the cleaner needs when accessing site and are only available to the Cleaner after they have Checked In to site. Search the freshOps Help Centre for more information on Site Notes (Insert Link), examples of things to write and the benefits of having detailed Site Notes.
Once you are all done entering all the Site Details in, you have a few of options;
Option 1: Discard, does just that………. It discards all the details you have entered and returns you back to the Dashboard.
Option 2: Create with the “Take Me To Create Visits” option marked will create your Site and take to the next step in your setup and create a New Visit Schedule for your client
Option 3: Unmark the Take Me to Create Visits option and just create the client and return to the dashboard.
