We currently have 2 Digest types: Daily & Weekly Digests
All Digest Notifications are sent to the Administrator's Email Address. So if you are not receiving Notifications after setting them, please contact email@example.com and ask which email is the Administrator Address and we can change accordingly.
Daily Digests are great for those businesses that don't necessarily have fixed times they expect their teams to be onsite. Daily Digests can be scheduled to give you an overview your team's Time, Attendance and Task Completion over the previous 24hrs.
So if you need to know that all your visits have been completed each morning as you enter the office, schedule the Daily Digest for 9am.
Weekly Digests are a great way to get a review of your team's activities across the last week and also to ensure everything is as it should be in your freshOps Account.
Details we surface in the weekly digests are:
- Number of No-Show Shifts
- Visits Completed
- Percentage of Tasks Completed
- Number of Shifts that still require Approval
- Any Expiring Visit Schedules
- Forecast Scheduled Hours
- Actual Worked Hours
- and a Forecasted vs Actual Hours Percentage
